Well that was a success. In just 24 months, I’ve overseen the refresh and roll-out of IDP.com in over 13 countries, seeing a doubling of traffic and year-on-year lead generation growth that consistently beats our targets. And not by mere coincidence, it was all intentional.

By listening to customers, challenging internal business assumptions built up over a 50 year history, and using experience-led innovation, I have consistently led IDP on a pathway of growth. Bouncing back from COVID has been one of the most significant challenges of my career, but it is a challenge that a clear, rational and creative digital strategy, that casts the customer in the lead role and technology as the supporting act, can overcome.
